TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following is a list of our terms and conditions.

HEALTH – If any cat shows signs of ill health, it will be treated by your own named Vet, alternatively, by our own 24 hour local Vet. Although every care will be taken with your cat/s.

VACCINATIONS – All cats accepted for boarding must be accompanied by a current vaccination certificate. This must be produced on your arrival and will be retained by us during your cats stay.   ALL cats must be vaccinated at least 14 days before Arrival.

FLEA AND WORM TREATMENT – Please ensure your cats are up to date with worming and flea treatments at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

INSURANCE – All cats staying with us are fully insured. Any Excess incurred, pre existing conditions, flea/worm treatments etc will NOT be covered.

FEES – All fees are charged by the day to include day of arrival and the day of departure. As agreed at the time of Booking, PAYMENT to be paid in FULL on your ARRIVAL. This can be paid by CASH / CHEQUE/BANK TRANSFER

In the event of owners coming in later, or returning earlier, the FULL period for which the chalet is reserved will be charged.

Owners leave their cat/s or any items at their own risk, although please be assured that every care and attention will be given at all times.

In the sad case that a cat is not collected or no communication is received within 14 days of collection date, the owner of the Cattery will have the authority to hand over cat/s to a suitable animal charity to be re-homed.

In the very unlikely event of a cat dying whilst staying at Glenrose, we will make every effort to inform YOU IMMEDIATELY, or, no contact, we will therefore contact the Authorised Person and take the cat to your Veterinary Surgery for the appropriate services.

A FEW LITTLE REMINDERS

We do KINDLY ask, that NO ADMITTANCE into the Cattery, unless accompanied by the proprietor, this is for the safety of all our cats. Thank you.

Sharing is only available to compatible cats from the same household, if any concerns, the owner should make arrangements for a separate chalet at the time of booking. This is IMPORTANT.

We prefer for your cat/s to be dropped off in the mornings, so it gives them time to settle in.

Please ensure cat collars are removed before arrival

Un-neutered males over 7 months cannot be accepted

Cats MUST arrive in a secure, sturdy cat carrier. This will stay with us for the duration of their stay.

Any medications to be clearly labelled with cats name, owners name and dosage.

REGRETTABLY at this moment in time, we DO NOT cater for the DIABETIC cats.

If your cat is happy to be groomed while you are away, please bring your own brush/comb.

PLEASE REMEMBER

TO BRING YOUR UP-TO-DATE VACCINATION CARD WITH YOU.

THIS WILL BE LEFT WITH US FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY
